 Leny House and its estate are just half a mile from Callander in the lovely hamlet of Kilmahog with its ancient woollen mill and charming rows of little mill workers cottages.

You'll also find our own pub in Kilmahog - 'the Lade Inn' where we brew our own 'real ales' and offer traditional Scottish fare in the restaurant.
At the mouth of the Pass of Leny with the spectacular Leny Falls and a multitude of forest and mountain walks Kilmahog could well be described as 'the first village of the highlands'.

One of the greatest things about Leny is its location  - not just the immediate surroundings, but the central location in Scotland - its a great base from which to visit the whole of Scotland.

From Stirling or motorway, take A84 - signposted to Crianlarich and the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.

Pass through Doune with its ancient castle and continue another 6 miles to Callander.

Continue through Callander and look for a small gatehouse at the entrance to Leny Estate about 600 yd past the 30 sign. If you reach the Woollen Mills you've missed the gate - turn back at the mill car park and look for the first on the left!

Turn in here and Leny house is at the top of the drive .
