Our Scottish Log Cabins / chalets are on raised ground to the north
of the main house and face approximately south-west towards Callander and Loch Venachar.
Chalets have their own private parking and are surrounded by parklands and pasture containing cattle, sheep and angora goats.
The chalet's immediate surroundings and parking area is not accessible to the animals which therefor couse no disturbance or nuisance.
These Trossachs Chalets are fully equipped with all you need to make the most of your holiday here in the Trossachs.
Behind the chalets is Leny Glen with its cascading mountain burn
with pathways up the riverside by the waterfalls. Access is available out onto the
hills and glens behind the chalets, but we advise suitable footwear if you intend to use
this access.
Being on raised ground, cabins benefit from spectacular views over Loch Venachar to the Trossachs mountains in the west..
The pass of Leny and walks in the forest and hills are always popular for those with energy to spare. There are also several comparatively easy routes from the pass which give access to the slopes and ultimately the summit of Ben Ledi.
The photograph below right shows Leny Estate from the slopes of Ben Ledi.
